"Dr. Reka Ferencz and her team are people who truly care for community members. It is quite evident when you first walk into the office. It is a welcoming friendly environment. Staff members are very accommodating, polite and kind. It is quite evident that the office takes a team approach.Our dentist had moved to Toronto and my tooth started aching on Thank Giving weekend. Tuesday I called the office and they suggested I come in the same day. They checked my tooth, and the dentist explained my options even drew pictures to explain what we could do and the positive and negative outcome for each option.One of the options I decided was to fix the filling. Dr. Ferencz did mention if the nerves in the tooth where deteriorating they could cause an infection.During the next weekend I felt some swelling in my mouth and started feeling pain in my tooth. It is very comforting to know that they truly care and even did a follow-up telephone call."
